 Michael McDonough, Booking Manager Michael comes to On the Road after seven years as manager of the Non-Equity Licensing Department at Music Theatre International, the world's largest and foremost licensing agency. His responsibilities at MTI included overseeing the licensing of over 300 theatrical titles to more than 20,000 clients worldwide. Despite his inauspicious beginnings as Tom Turkey in his elementary school's Thanksgiving concert, Michael has extensive professional experience on both sides of the footlights – performing, stage managing, serving on a contract negotiating team at AEA, and dabbling in theatrical management. He is a graduate of Wabash College and the National Theatre Institute.
